Stop and smell the flowers

A few weeks back, I'm heading to a meeting and I see this woman stop dead in her tracks... and she bends over to smell a flower. Wow. I got to thinking, "There's a lesson here for every workplace" and if you don't take it seriously, you're going to lose your best people (1:40 min).
