As I planned the agenda based on our target audience, I thought it would be a great idea to focus a segment of our Leadership Symposium on gratitude because it would be unique and a nice way to wrap up our day together. I was right, the audience loved Steve's closing keynote - everything from the engaging activities he orchestrated to the simple take-aways he provided.
