What are you waiting for ? Now is the time to thrive ! In this session we explore the importance and relevance of gratitude in building and maintaining the world-class mindset necessary to thrive at work and at home. We demystify the path to living a thriving life and if you want a simple approach to thrive in all aspects of life, then look no further. Participants discover the critical barrier that keeps far too many people stuck struggling with never having enough to lead a thriving, happy, meaningful life—and how this bubbles over into the workplace and stymies us from being our best and leads to feeling overwhelmed, isolated, dissatisfied and working at odds with each other. Expect to leave feeling inspired and energized with a step-by-step practice you can immediately implement to help you be more resilient, more energized and happier—both at and away from work. Participants will:

  • be able to describe the importance of gratitude as a skill critical to their personal and professional success and building a thriving culture

  • be able to demonstrate 2 techniques they can immediately implement to help them build resilience, feel more connected and improve well-being

  • feel a renewed sense of hope, optimism and energy—both at and away from work—and knowing how to recreate this feeling at any time

Grateful Leadership - defined, dissected and demystified

Leadership is not easy but it shouldn’t be confusing. Ultimately, leadership is about influence and great leaders know the first person they must influence is oneself. In this session, participants learn the Grateful Leadership framework and the complementary daily practice needed to build and support mastery in this new approach to leadership.

In order to thrive as you lead through change, uncertainty or chaos, one thing is for certain—you must be prepared. You’ll leave this session prepared—with the tools and confidence needed for greater influence and impact no matter the challenge you face.

The key to engagement - Building a people-first high-performing workplace

Decades of time and billions have been invested and the needle on employee engagement has barely moved. In fact, complacency and entitlement is costing organizations upwards of $2,600 per employee every single year. In this session, you’ll discover how by nurturing a culture of gratitude you will reduce complacency and entitlement, increase employee engagement and drive a people-first, high-performing workplace.
