The Daily Gratitudes
This is the place to hone your Habitual Ritual.
Here you can practice the two key habits in the Habitual Ritual:
Make a list of what you’re grateful for - by posting your gratitudes as a comment below
Consume other people’s gratitudes - by reading a few posts of what others are grateful for. Feel free to respond to any gratitude with a comment.
We encourage you to bookmark this page and visit it each day to maintain a thriving mindset. Our dream is one billion happier people and one thing is for certain - we need a movement to make this happen and hope you’ll invite your network to join us here. As a community, we will master grateful leadership and together we will help populate our workplaces and the world with one billion happier people.

RBC Group Advantage helps Canadian employers build and manage group retirement and savings plans — Group RRSPs, TFSAs, DPSPs and defined contribution pension plans — backed by one-on-one financial advice for their employees. I work with businesses across Atlantic Canada to design programs that genuinely improve their people's financial wellbeing.
Why gratitude is important to me
Gratitude, for me, is mostly about being where my feet are. It's easy to get pulled into the spin cycle — the next meeting, the next quarter, the next thing — and miss the road you're actually on. A regular check-in on what I'm grateful for is my version of a reset: it slows things down, keeps perspective honest, and reminds me that the ordinary stuff is what makes a life whole. Not the milestones. The Tuesday nights. My hope this week is that a few of these entries nudge someone else to notice theirs.

A new AI support tool
Last week I started tinkering with Claude and I can't believe how well it works and actually does work that saves time - lots of time.
Today I’m grateful for:
Phil for reminding me to check out Claude
the ease in which Claude works and remembers what it's done for me
automated solutions that I had pretty much given up hope on finding - and now solved
What are you grateful for today ?
